Faculty’s achievements

1. Dr. Sunipa Roy published a book‘ Nanotechnology Synthesis to Application’- CRC Press, USA in the year of October 2017.

2. Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering has signed the MOU with ARDENT COMPUTECH PVT. LTD. on 16.2.18 in presence of Mr. Indranil Dey Sarkar , Director , Ardent Computech pvt. Ltd for collective efforts on project, training, cross functional research etc.

3.  Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering has signed the MOU with OGMA Tech Lab. on 12.3.18 in presence of Mr. Anirban Chatterjee , AGM , OGMA Tech Lab for collective efforts on project, training, cross functional research etc.

4. Guru Nanak Institute of Technology is pleased to declare that a MOU signing ceremony was held between JADAVPUR UNIVERSITY and Guru Nanak Institute of Technology on 29th September, 2018 at GNIT, Kolkata. Prof. Subir Kumar Sarkar of ETCE Department, Jadavpur University  and Registrar, Jadavpur University represented Jadavpur University for signing the MOU while GNIT was represented by Principal, GNIT, Prof. Santanu K. Sen and HOD, ECE Dept, Dr. Sunipa Roy. 

5. SMART teacher award – Ms Avali Ghosh cleared second round and gave final presentation on 5th May 2018. Received token of appreciation.

Dr. Sunipa Roy worked as JIS group academic auditor (NBA) from GuruNanak Institute of Technology and participated NBA Summit in New Delhi in the year 2018.

Dr. Sunipa Roy received the prestigious Kriti Award 2018 for organising EDCT 2018 as convenor.
